Winston is a warm and welcoming fellow. He may not be particularly wealthy, but this morning, he used his whisk to make walnut waffles 🧇 for the neighbors. They shared witty banter and weird comments as they wistfully sat under the weeping willow. Big Will and his wallaby 🦘 dropped by to impart wisdom and walked away in wonder as they watched a wild warbler. Winston wore his wickedly wholesome white waistcoat for the weekend’s ball and danced a waltz with Wanda, a wonderful woman who may one day become his wife👰🏻♀️.

It was originally assumed that writing had one single point of origin – in the ancient civilization of Sumer, in Mesopotamia – but that was based biblical information and not on science. Four separate events for the invention of writing have since been recognized: in Mesopotamia (c. 3400 – c. 3100 BCE), in Egypt (c. 3250 BCE), in China (before c. 1250 BCE), and in Mesoamerica (before c. 1 CE).
