This is one of the most important parts of your Plushie's Passport! It's how you and other official personnel can identify your fluffy best friend.

Photo Tips
- Submit one color photo
- Submit a recent photo taken in last 6 months
- Use a clear image of your plushie's face
- Do not change your photo using computer software, phone apps or filters, or artificial intelligence
- Directly face the plushie at the camera without tilting their head.
- Take off your plushie's eyeglasses for their photo
- Use a white or off-white background without shadows, texture, or lines
*Exceptions: Plushie photos can be imported and attached from the website or store they were bought from. Plushies can also be wearing eyeglasses or other accessories if they cannot be removed.

The next section contains fields for your plushie's personal details which are important identifying information. Make sure you fill out these fields to the most accurate and best of your knowledge.
Plushie Name
Please write your plushie's full name in this field. No nicknames or abbreviations.
Date of Birth
The date your plushie was born or the day you adopted them.
Birthplace
The location your plushie was born or where you adopted them from.
Issue Date
The date that the passport was completed.
My Plushie is Traveling To
The names of all cities and countries your plushie is traveling to.
Plushie Boarding Pass
Please fill out the applicable fields that can be found on your boarding pass.
Plushie Name
Write your plushie's full registered name.
From:
Write the departure city where you are traveling from.
To:
Write the arrival city where you are traveling to.
Flight:
Write the flight number if applicable, or train number.
Seat:
Write your seat number since your plushie will be sitting with you.
Gate:
Write the flight gate number if applicable.
Date:
Write the flight or train date.
Boarding Time:
Write the boarding time of the flight or train.
Boarding Pass Number:
Write your boarding pass number.
