What is your happiest memory so far? For Tagalong Penguin Squishy, it is the day his grandpa took him out to his first ball game. By the third inning, he knew he wanted to play baseball ⚾️. He got himself a mitt, a ball and a bat, and played with his friends. He has been a fan ever since! He really wished he could be an awesome pitcher🤾, but that was never his greatest strength. He was, however, great at playing shortstop. Sometimes, life has surprises for us and takes unexpected turns, but we have to learn to make the most of it and enjoy the ride!
Penguins 🐧 are birds that have lost the ability to fly. Their wings have evolved into flippers for swimming instead. They are highly adapted for life in the ocean, with their countershaded black and white plumage offering camouflage from predators swimming beneath them. Their coloring also makes them look like they are wearing a tuxedo or a uniform. Most penguins form very large colonies, some made of several hundred thousand individuals. In the case of king and emperor penguins, the chicks all come together in groups called crèches. That is quite the team!
