Bertie loves nothing more than to glide gracefully through the ocean, exploring coral reefs, and swimming alongside dolphins and sea turtles. You’ll notice his striking spotted patterns and gentle nature, but did you know that whale sharks are actually sharks, despite looking very much like whales. So, whilst Bertie is a friendly soul, try not to get on the wrong side of him as this shark can bite! We’ve heard that he’s a big lover of a meatball sandwich - so make sure you’ve got one in your backpack in case you need to negotiate with him!

Bertie sports a rich, royal blue plush fur with white spots to mimic the real life whale shark, and features a bright, white underside. Bertie has a large, open gray velvet mouth - which could be used to hold other plushies or toys!
