Blending healthy bread with seeds is a no-brainer, given their contributions to both its flavor profile and its health benefits. Most varieties of oily seeds lend a nutty flavor and put some play in the texture, and they're full of fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, and other goodies. The gourmet trend is in full-tilt around the world right now, but that wasn't always the case. This health-conscious staple comes in two plush varieties. The round roll version measures 17.7 inches in diameter, while the long loaf is 19.6 inches end to end. No matter which version you go for, you'll get a silky exterior made of specially treated polyester, with filling made of a satiny polypropylene cotton down blend. Should this bread get dirty, it can easily be washed with warm water and mild soap. Tossing it in the machine may cause it to shrink or warp, among other problems.
