While most pandas are typically solitary bears, our furry friend, Panda Cub loves companionship. When he isn't climbing trees or crunching on bamboo, he's writing to his penpals on the Furry Friend Farm. This little panda always stays on top of the latest news, like what Bear Cub, his American cousin has been up to. Although Panda Cub lives in the Chinese wilderness, a long way from the furry farm, he isn't lonely thanks to Monkey, his longtime buddy. And when Panda Cub 🐼 gets a new letter from his penpals, his primate pal is the first to hear about it.
The panda has a well-earned reputation for loving bamboo. In fact, this evergreen plant makes up about 99% of their diet, while the rest of the time they eat grass, bugs, or fruit. Pandas are well adapted to eat bamboo, with a kind of opposable thumb that allows them to hold and chew on the plant. Plus, their extra strong jaws and sharp teeth make short work of even the toughest bamboo shoots.
Our plush panda, part of the Furry Friends collection, comes to you at 7.8 inches tall, and sports an extra furry coat. This little bear is made with a soft, plush polyester exterior, and is plum full of a special, polypropylene cotton blend. When cleaning your furry friend, only use warm water as too cold or too hot may cause unwanted shrinkage or fading.
