Meet Baby Stegosaurus. Born with unusual green scales and plating, this little dinosaur earned the name 'Lima Bean'. Although she's named after a veggie, Lima Bean doesn't always have an appetite for them, and sometimes has a tough time cleaning her plate. Instead, she only has eyes for desert. But Mama Stegosaurus reminds her that if she wants to grow up big and strong, she needs to eat her vegetables. Lima Bean agrees, and soon develops quite the taste for leafy greens... as long as there's salad dressing to go with it! 🥗
These iconic dinosaurs made a big screen appearance in the 1997 film, The Lost World: Jurassic Park. It's absence in the first film was felt by many young dinosaur fans, and according to Steven Spielberg, they flooded his desk with thousands of letters asking to see the stegosaurus in the sequel. The legendary filmmaker happily obliged, and everyone's favorite armor plated dinosaur received substantial screen time in the blockbuster sequel.
This little stegosaurus comes in three adorable sizes: a small 9.5 inches, a medium 15 inches, and a large 19 inches. No matter which size you pick, you'll be treated to a plush polyester-skinned critter filled with a lightweight blend of polypropylene cotton. Be sure to only wash your dino gently in warm water, as too hot or too cold may cause shrinking or fading.
