Huskies, descended from wild mountain wolves and bred selectively for over 3,000 years, are some of the hardiest and sturdiest dogs out there. They're known for their absolutely insane energy levels, being bred for sled dogging, and are demanding to keep up with for those inexperienced with large and energetic dogs. While famous for their burning blue eyes, they're one of few dog species that can demonstrate heterochromia, or having two distinct eye colors. Between their high endurance, speed, and unique double coat to keep warm, Huskies are well suited for pulling sleds long distances. There was even a sled dog team led by a Husky in 1925 that delivered lifesaving medicine to a town in Alaska during an outbreak. The leader, Balto, went down in history, and even got a beloved animated movie made in his honor. 

These slippers are available in the rough equivalent of US women's sizes, running from 5.5 up to 10. They're made mostly of cotton, with a special insole made of soft polyester, and a tough, grippy PVC outsole. All the special considerations that went into making these slippers mean the care instructions are a bit picky; you won't want to toss these into a washer or dryer, or they may warp, bend, shrink, or fade. Instead, you'll want to clean them by hand, only when needed, with mild soap and warm water.
