Say hello to Geoff the Gingerbread Man. He's come all the way from his little bakery in the German countryside to share the secrets of his famous recipe. He's made a baker's dozen of friends along the way, including Candy Cane and Ms. Fruitcake, who he helped mix just the right amount of cinnamon and nutmeg to perfect his irresistible recipe. Geoff even caught up with shoppers 🎁 looking to make something scrumptious in time for the holidays. Thanks to his two favorite ingredients, one of which includes allspice, everyone's cookies have been a big hit. And Geoff the Gingerbread Man's other favorite ingredient? A dash of love. 

According to ancient beliefs, spices were thought to not only warm your mouth, but also your body. So naturally they were most popular during the winter season. The combination of spices used in making gingerbread men has changed dramatically over the years, ranging from pumpkin spice, to black pepper or cardamom and coriander. But more modern recipes call for cinnamon, and of course, ginger. Some bakers also add nutmeg, cloves, and allspice to give their gingerbread extra flavor.

This adorable dude stands at 15.4 inches tall, and sports a super soft, polyester exterior. He is also stuffed full of a rich, polypropylene cotton blend, making him as cuddly as he is cute. Be sure to only wash your plushie friend gently in warm water; too cold or too hot may cause shrinking or fading.
