Our plushie confectioners have been hard at work whipping up a fresh batch of peppermint candies, just in time for the holidays. Of course, peppermint candy is great any time of year, but demand always goes up come winter. We're constantly experimenting in the kitchen, and testing out squishy shapes like lollipops, 🍭 discs, and the classic candy cane. And these cuddly candies are individually wrapped, locking in fluff and freshness that will last you for holidays to come! 

It is thanks to the cough drop that peppermint candy has become such an American institution. In the early twentieth century, peppermint was put to use in throat lozenges due to its cooling properties, with cherry being the dominant flavor. Customers were of course hooked, but wanted the minty sensation without the medicinal taste. Gradually, the refreshing menthol quality of peppermint was applied to deserts, sweet drinks, and baked goods.

Each individually wrapped peppermint pillow measures at 13.7 inches by 9 inches. They are made with a super soft, polyester exterior and filled to the stitches with an irresistibly lush, polypropylene cotton blend. Just be sure to only wash your peppermint plushie gently in warm water, as too cold or too hot may cause shrinking or fading.
