Initially trusted to signal other troops in combat, the smoke grenade's use has since expanded to a means of camouflaging soldiers' movements. And by the twentieth century, this versatile device has found its way onto the belts of firefighters 🧑🚒 and police officers alike.
Not to be confused with the smoke bomb, the smoke grenade is a more complex and technical device. Consisting of a pin-activated fuse, starter mixture, and filler, the smoke grenade is capable of releasing a large, thick cloud in about 1 minute. Dye can even be added to the filler, allowing for nearly any imaginable color of smoke to be released.
Our smoke grenade plushie replica measures at 6.6 inches. It is crafted using a super soft polyester, and filled with a special blend of polypropylene cotton for the softness of a feather pillow. Be sure to only wash your plushie gently in warm water; too hot or too cold may lead to fading or shrinking.
