Eggplant's personality is quite strong, sometimes mistaken for bitterness, but once you get to know him, he's a unique and complex character, with subtle traits that those closest to him have come to appreciate. While he's dramatically different from his cousin Tomato, Eggplant knows the importance of family, and wouldn't trade his saucy relative for anything. 🍆

In Japan, the word eggplant is similar to the words meaning, "to accomplish" or "fulfill", and is considered a good omen in the culture.
