It's taken a long time, but we're proud to say we finally perfected a recipe that combines just the right amount of squishiness and fluff to satisfy your cuddly cravings. 🥰 But no candy cane is complete without its classic red stripes, so each plushie is hand swirled in festive fuzz as the finishing touch. The result is a long lasting treat that is sure to fit right in with any holiday-themed space!
The legend goes that the candy cane was born in Cologne, Germany, all the way back in 1670. A frustrated choirmaster bent white sugar sticks to occupy fidgety children during a Christmas service. The cane shaped sugar stick made its American debut in the nineteenth century, and by 1920, the iconic red stripes were added as the minty treat entered mass production.
Our plushie candy canes measure at 13.7 inches tall and 7 inches wide, and each is carefully made with a soft, plush polyester exterior. We also added an extra fluffy polypropylene cotton down filling, making these cozy candies impossible to put down. Only wash your candy cane plushie gently in warm water, as too cold or too hot may cause unwanted shrinkage or fading.
